In short

One account per person, with your real details.
Course content is for your own learning. Don't share or record it.
Access starts after your payment is confirmed.

01Your account

You can sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep your account details accurate, including your name, phone number and country.

An account is for one person. Don't share your access with others.

02Courses, workshops and prices

Each course or workshop page shows what's included, its format (live online or recorded), its length and its price.

Prices may be shown in your local currency (for example EGP, SAR, AED or USD) based on your location. The price you pay is the one confirmed on the enrollment page.

Free courses and workshops may be changed or removed at any time.

03Payment and access

In Egypt, payment is made by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and you upload the receipt on the site. From outside Egypt, payment is arranged by message.

Your access starts after I confirm the payment. You'll find the course, links and lessons in My learning in your account.

If a receipt can't be verified, the enrollment may be rejected and you'll see the reason in your account.

04Live sessions

Live sessions run online at the times shown on the course page. If a session has to move, I'll tell enrolled students in advance and offer a new time.

Recordings, when a course includes them, are for enrolled students only.

05Using the content

Courses, recordings, files and materials are for your personal learning. Don't copy, record, share, resell or publish them, in full or in part.

Prompts shared publicly on the site are free to use in your own work.

The site's design, text, images and course materials belong to Yousef Ali unless stated otherwise.

06Conduct

Be respectful in live sessions, groups and messages. I may remove access, without a refund, for harassment, sharing paid content, or misusing the site.

07Design services

Design projects for clients (UI/UX, product design, design systems, audits, team workshops) are agreed separately, with their own scope, timeline and price.

08No guarantees

I teach what I use in real work, but I can't promise a specific result, such as a job, income or client. The site and its content are provided as they are.

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using the site or the content. My total liability for a paid course is limited to what you paid for it.

09Changes and law

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you enrolled applies to that enrollment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
