In short
No refunds: payments are final once confirmed.
The only exception: a full refund if I cancel a course before it starts.
Paid twice by mistake? The extra amount comes back.
01Payments are final
Once your payment is confirmed and your access is opened, the payment is final and can't be refunded.
This includes changing your mind, missing live sessions, not finishing the course, or not using your access.
02When you get a full refund
If I cancel a course or workshop before it starts, or can't deliver it, you get a full refund. If you prefer, you can move your enrollment to the next round instead.
If you paid twice by mistake, or paid more than the confirmed price, the extra amount is refunded.
03Before your payment is confirmed
If your receipt is rejected, for example because it can't be verified, no enrollment is made. Contact me and we'll sort it out.
04How money is returned
In the cases above only, the money goes back by the same method you paid with, such as InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
